RENDERING                     (Concept Design)
These renderings provide an immediate visual check of the proposed design long before a large commitment is made to the project.   Unlike traditional blueprints, viewing these renderings are easy to understand.
No special training required.
RENDERING                    (Planning Approvals)
The one on the left is a simple rendering.  On the right, a more finished look with added detail and color selection.   These images are useful with design review committees. 
PHOTO MONTAGE        (Planning Approvals)
These 2 images show an existing photo of a residence for the "before" image and the same photo with the proposed 3D rendering of the 2nd story addition for the "after" image.
ANIMATION                    (Concept Design)
The animation on the left shows a complete remodel and 2nd story addition.   The animation on the right shows an early study of a simple 2nd story addition.   Although the detail is limited in the models, it provides surprisingly realistic impression of the proposed work. ( 24Mb & 14Mb )
SUN STUDY ANIMATION  (Concept Design)
This sun study of the proposed deck gives accurate shadows for the day selected (May 10th).   All computer generated, no artistic license here.   Sun studies are sometimes required by design review boards. ( 5MB )
