New Residence
Mediterranean Revival style residence on 40' wide lot. This very narrow lot and restrictive floor area ratio gave few options yet this charming little house has more features than many of the larger neighboring properties.
2nd story addition & basement Craftsmans style 2nd story addition plus a full basement excavated below existing house. This Pacific Grove home owner chose to add a wine cellar basement which was, happily, in addition to the normal floor area ratio.
