My architectural education started at West Valley Community College where I completed the undergraduate Architecture program.   After college I acquired practical experience by working in the field in a variety of trades such as carpentry, pre-cast concrete, steel fabrication and electrical. Following the in-field experience, I worked for a variety of architects, construction managers and engineers through out California.

Since 1982 I have designed 100's of new custom homes and thoughtfully crafted additions to homes here on the Monterey Peninsula.   My favorite architectural style is the Mediterranean Revival style of the 1920’s and 1930’s.

This educational background and work experience has provided a broad range of skills and insights into design and construction which shape my practice today.
